Kamp Ed Salmon Bake
I love the community and friends around the lake at Kamp Ed. For the past 4 years we've served Salmon I brought back from Alaska on the Monday of Labor Day. For me, this is the last weekend of the summer each year, and right before I return to Mexico City. This year we severed Halibut, Pink Salmon, Chum Salmon, Sockeye Salmon, and King Salmon. Tom Clements spent part of the day smoking Salmon. It was an awesome evening of connecting and feasting!
